TIGO – know your tigo number Dial *841# to check your TIGO network mobile number.
HOW TO TRANSFER CREDITS ON MOBILE NETWORKS IN GHANA

MTN CREDIT TRANSFER
To transfer airtime from your MTN account to another MTN subscriber, you will first need to register for the MTN M2u service.
How do I register for MTN Me2U?
- Go to your message and tap on a new message then Type registers leave a space> then your 4-digit pin number then send to 1329. You will receive a confirmation.
- Now Dial *198# and reply with 1 and follow the prompts.
VODAFONE CREDIT TRANSFER
Transfer of airtime on Vodafone is so far the easiest because it does not demand any registration of the service. All that you need to do is to dial *116* the Number you want to transfer to * Amount to be transfer * then pin* #. Here the default pin is 123.
TIGO CREDIT TRANSFER
Tigo is also one of the simplest ways to send or transfer airtime to your friend and family. Just Dial *740*1234* the number *amount# and then send. You can also dial *123*3# and follow the voice prompt. 1234 is the default pin. You can change it by Dialing *750* then, your old password (in this case the default 1234) * then the new password you want to use # then send.
You can also request credit from a friend by dialing *123*5# and Tigo Give me balance will deliver your request to your loved one.
AIRTEL CREDIT TRANSFER
Airtel is not also left out when it comes to the credit transfer deals between two pals. You can transfer airtime to your friend from your Airtel account by following the steps below.
- Go to your phone app and locate services (kit) from there, select Airtel then Menu on your SIM, select Me2U.
- Now from the menu select send airtime credit and then enter the Amount you want to send to your friend.
- Select option to enter Phone Number or choose the Number from your address book
- Then confirm the transaction by entering a Password (here too the default password remains 1234) and then send.
An SMS confirmation for the transfer will be sent to you and the person receiving.
